Research and evaluation
Internal communication activities can be resource intensive and costly, so it’s important to make sure they’re delivering what they should. Using a mix of surveys, focus groups and interviews, we evaluate everything, from how well a communication cascade, or team brief process is working through to full blown communication audits.

HR Transformation Programmes
Transformation programmes come in many guises and we’ve delivered and been on the receiving end of many. That’s why we take such pains to support such activities with carefully developed communication plans to help employees and organisations on their transformation journeys.
